How to use
Oil

Apply the product directly to your scalp or palms.

Rub your hands together to warm it up.

Gently massage into your scalp for 3 to 5 minutes.

Optional: Apply a small amount to the ends of your hair for added nourishment.

Let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours, or leave it in overnight for deeper treatment.

Wash thoroughly with your shampoo.
Shampoo
To wet hair apply 2 pums or more if needed apply to scalp wash your hair with shampoo to remove dirt, oil, and buildup. Allow to sit for 3 - 5 min rinse thoroughly. Repeate if needed.
Gently squeeze out excess water from your hair. You don’t want it dripping wet because too much water can dilute the conditioner.
Avoid getting into mouth, eyes and nose.
Use this shampoo 3 times a week to help with dandruff and/or serborrheic dermatitis.
Use this shampoo 1 to 2 times a week for hair fall
Conditioner
For fine hair or easly oily
To wet hair add a generous amount of product to your hands, Rub your hands together and apply the conditioner, focusing on the mid- lengthst, ends and a little on the scalp. Allow to sit for 3 to 5min rinse of thoroughly.
Dry off as you desire.
For curly or dry hair - use as a leave in conditioner
To wet hair add a generous amount of product to your hands, Rub your hands together and apply the conditioner, focusing on the mid- lengthst and ends avoiding the scalp / roots. Squeeze of access and dry as desire.
